Affiliate Marketing & SEO Forums

If you’re anything like me (and I hope you’re not..lol), you spend a good amount of time in affiliate marketing & seo forums. Smart people learn from others. People like me soon forget what we learned and have to kee re-learning it!

Here is a list of what I consider the best affiliate marketing & seo forums on the internet. I’m writing this post off the top of my head, so if I left someone out, just contact me and I’ll get them included. There is a wealth of information on these forums, you’ll just have to dig for it.

Digital Point

Review: A great forum for new or old marketers and seo buffs. As long as you’re not a jerk, these people are friendly and very helpful.

Warrior Forum

Review: This is a great forum for affiliate marketers. If you’re just getting into affiliate marketing or have been in it a while and not made any money, browse “The Best Warrior Thread List”. You’ll get more out of that page than most $197 eBooks on the market today.

Webmaster-Talk

Review: Although they do have some categories for Internet Marketers, the strong point of this forum (IMHO) is the web design and coding categories.

WebmasterWorld

Review: Probably the largest Webmaster forum. If it isn’t, then it would be a close tie with Digital Point. The knowledge base in this forum is priceless! There is a good portion of this forum that is fee based membership only. If you’re too tight for a membership, there’s still a free section. Be warned, their posting guidelines are very strict. Don’t hurt someones feelings…..or else…

ABestWeb Affiliate Marketing Forums

Review: This has to be the hands down winner for information on the different Affiliate Programs such as CJ, Sharasale, Linkshare, etc. A lot of useful tools and websites are listed in the forums. See what’s working for other affiliate marketers.

SEO Chat Forums

Review: This forum covers all the major search engines like Google, MSN, Yahoo and Ask (if you consider Ask a viable search engine :) ) plus some good categories on web design and coding. I don’t hang around here much. There are way too many ads on this site for my liking.

SearchEngineWatch Forums

Review: A great forum discussing the finer points of search engines and how to optimize your websites. You’ll find a lot of the Search Engine Watch guys/gals hanging out in here (kinda obvious, but I thought I should mention it)

SEO Forums

Review: A good general discussion forum for SEO. Very friendly and helpful members. I’ve recieved some of the best “thinking outside the box” information on this forum.

Search Guild

Review: I’ll be honest and tell you that I don’t visit this forum often. (it’s not like I don’t have others to visit..lol) It’s a cool place to visit, but I just find myself visiting other forums before coming to this one. Still, the people here are TOPS!

V7N Forums

Review: This forum (IMHO) is geared more toward the experienced Webmasters and SEO Experts. A lot of good information gets exchanged here. Some of the ideas are outside the box, which I like. I think it may be a little too intense for beginners.

SEO Guy Forums

Review: Another forum that has some internet marketing categories but is generally geared toward the SEO crowd. Excellent knowledge base of the forum locals.

SitePoint Forums

Review: In my opinion, this is a forum for coders although there are SEO and Internet Marketing categories.

IM4Newbies Forum

Review: Mostly gear toward Internet Marketing and to the beginners. New people to Internet Marketing will surely pick up a lot of good ideas.

Mikes Marketing Forum

Review: This is a different king of “forum”. Mike’s page updates every 5 minutes and offers free searchable headlines from 31 Internet, SEO and Affiliate Marketing Forums. Pretty neat and worthy of a bookmark!
