For many new bloggers, they invision having a custom made blog theme all decked out with the latest colors and graphics with the coolest plugins and a RSS subscriber base numbering in the 5 digits. Many also imagine raking in thousands of dollars per month by monetizing a blog with Adsense.
These illusions are quickly shattered when they see their Adsense accounts with .05 and .20 cents per click and a CTR of 1%. It doesn’t take the newbie blogger long to realize that their dream of living of off Adsense income isn’t a reality.

For those of you who’ve read this blog for a while, you know about the hugely popular post I wrote a while back titled “How To Get Your Adsense Account Banned.”
I’m not sure why that post is so popular, but it still brings in a lot of traffic.

First off, let my start by saying that if your Google Adsense Account was banned because you violated the Google Adsense Terms Of Service (TOS), your up the proverbial creek without a paddle. Chances are you’ll not get your Adsense account unbanned.

With Google Adsense “Smart Pricing” continuing to cut into many blog and website owners income, a wise Internet Marketer will look over the alternatives to Adsense.
Smart pricing as Google calls it, was allegedly an attempt to increase “value” for advertisers. From what I can tell, no one can tell exactly how “Smart Pricing” works. From the discussions on many of the forums lately, Adsense revenues are falling further and further for site owners.

It still surprises me how many people haven’t figured this one out yet. It’s really simple. For those of you who haven’t figured this one out yet, I’m going to tell you how to set up multiple Adsense or Adword accounts.
First off, for those of you who are screaming that Adsense only allows one account per person, pipe down, you don’t know what you’re talking about. Sure, Adsense would like for you to only have one account, but wanting something and requiring something is two different things.

I was browsing the affiliate marketing forums last night and saw several new post about people who got their Google Adsense accounts banned. I see these types of post all the time and it leaves me scratching my head. It’s not difficult to follow the Google Adsense Terms Of Service.
From what I’ve been able to tell, there are two types of people who get their Adsense accounts banned.
- Those who deliberately push the limits. They know there’s a chance of getting their accounts banned and they’re not surprised when they get the notice.

Adsense can be like the Golden Child we all dream of having. It will mind our every wish and will try hard to meet our every expectation.
On the other hand, it can be like the red-headed rebel step child all of us fear. It won’t behave at all, sending us such un-relevant, low paying ads that we wonder if it’s not some bad joke someone is playing on us.
Before you undertake any Adsense tweaking in your Blog, make sure you know how to add your Adsense Publisher ID to your Adsense Ready Wordpress Theme if you’re using one.
