I usually go to clickbank or paydotcom and just look at the products til i find one I think I would like to promote. Then I just direct traffic to it via articles.

If I was just starting, I’d start with a product that is already being sold. The simple reason is because you know there are others out there already selling the product. It has a history of being bought by consumers so you know they want it.

With an untested product, you’re never sure if it will sell or not. Once you’ve done this a while, you’ll kinda get the ‘feel’ of what sells and what will not

Hi Don,

Where do you think we can draw the line of finding a “hot item that’s being sold and lots of competition” and “a opportunistic niche item with little or no competition?”

I want to get involved with an affiliate program, but I’m not sure whether or not to find a product that’s already being sold or is trendy already, or finding a product in a market niche that isn’t already being tapped so hard.

What are your thoughts?

I’m been looking for ever to find some legitimate channels for proofreading web sites. Most of the freelance sites that say proofreading are looking for a professional editor or writer. I want to proofread for typos perhaps for a web designer or any one who post articles that what to present a professional image by using proper grammar and spelling. I’d appreciate any feedback that will point me in the right direction.
