I do know that people pick up dropped domains all the time that have been previously banned by Adsense, but since Google is a Registrar, they can tell when someone has bought the domain. Now i am looking to change my address and divert it to my friends home. I know the postal guy he is my friend. So i dont have any problem with letters. Adsense is just my biggest worry as of now.
