I get emails all the time asking me how to take advantage of affiliate datafeeds that are put out by merchants. To be honest, how I use the datafeeds depends on my website and the merchant. I will tell you that I use a wide variety of programs and services when I use datafeeds. I’m just not comfortable with one program or service, probably due to all the different niches I’m in.
What Are Affiliate Datafeeds?
Affiliate Datafeeds are files that merchants provide that contain all of the products that they carry, or just the products they wish to put online. Typically these files come in a MS Excel format so that they are easier to work with.

Do-Follow List
This post has been a long time in coming. I guess you could say that I’m mad as hell and I’m not going to take it no more.
I spent about an hour and a half this morning browsing the do-follow list and leaving comments on several blogs. So what’s the problem? Many of the comments sections on those blogs using the do-follow list still have the “nofollow” attribute.
What’s The Do-Follow List?
The do-follow list is a list of bloggers who have removed the “nofollow” attribute from their comments so that the links left by Commenters are “nofollow” and will be followed by Google.

Top Web hosting affiliate programs are some of the highest paying affiliate programs around. Now before you run off and start signing up under every web hosting affiliate program you can find, let me tell you that it’s also one of the most competitive. You’d better have a game plan and some deep pockets or great resources before you decide to tackle this industry.
If the truth were known, most people make little money off of Web Hosting affiliate programs. Most bloggers and some Webmasters just stick a banner or text link from their host provider on their sites and get a few conversions over a period of time.

By now most of you have heard about a group of people who call their self Anonymous who Googlebombed the Google SERPS with the terms “dangerous cult” and “brainwashing cult” and aimed the Googlebomb at the Church of Scientology’s website.
Why should any of us care? Because we can learn an important lesson here!
What’s the lesson? The Lesson to be learned is; no matter what Google or any other “Authority” states, Googlebombing still works and works well!

Well, don’t look now, but it looks like the much hyped BlogRush is on it’s death bed. More and more bloggers are taking the BlogRush widget off of their blogs and bidding farewell to John Reese and Blogrush, including many top A-list bloggers.
The main reason that I’m seeing is that BlogRush didn’t live up to the hype it got from Bloggers. At one point, ProBlogger.Net’s BlogRush widget was shown over 70,000 times with only 35 clicks. That’s not pretty bad, that’s a damn shame!
